Anti-slip mats

Reliable stability and load-bearing capacity

Applications

Anti-slip mats made from PU-bonded recycled rubber granulate are primarily used in the transport and logistics sectors as well as in construction. They are commonly used in trucks, warehouses, or on construction sites to prevent cargo from slipping. They are also suitable as underlays for machines or heavy equipment to ensure secure positioning. Thanks to their high load capacity and abrasion resistance, they provide an effective solution for enhanced safety and stability in many industrial applications.

Applications

Pallets and Mesh oxes

Using anti-slip mats under pallets or mesh boxes significantly increases the friction between the load and the surface. As a result, the need for securing straps is greatly reduced.

Metal Rod Coils

Metal rod coils should ideally be transported in coil cradles. To prevent dangerous slipping and a resulting shift in the center of gravity, anti-slip mats should be placed between the load and the cradle to secure the cargo.

Paper Coils

Flexible, robust, and tear-resistant anti-slip mats secure heavy loads, such as horizontally placed paper rolls, on smooth transport surfaces against lateral slipping.
They should be placed under and between the paper coils to support and relieve the load, significantly reducing the number of securing straps required.

Pipes

If pipes are loaded lengthwise in the cradle, special care must be taken to prevent both lateral and longitudinal slipping. Using anti-slip mats under the wedges and beneath the pipes prevents movement in both directions.
