Punching technology is our core manufacturing method, enabling us the production of high precise gaskets from a wide range of materials. With state-of-the-art punching technology, complex geometries can be produced quickly and efficiently according to your specifications – whether for small, medium, or large series.

  • Fully automatic punching machines for high-volume production of more than 100 million pieces per year
  • Large-area bridge punches for stamped parts up to 2,500 mm in size
  • Eccentric presses for gaskets starting from a diameter of 3 mm

Cutting Technology

Our cutting technology offers a variety of methods to process materials according to customer specifications:

Cutting plotter: This method allows us to quickly and precisely cut materials into almost any desired shape. It is particularly suitable for prototypes, functional samples, or small series.

Waterjet cutting: This process allows precise processing of even harder and thicker materials. Using a high-pressure water jet, even complex geometries and thicker materials are cut cleanly and burr-free.

Longitudinal & cross cutters: With our longitudinal and cross cutting system, we process roll materials quickly, precisely, and with minimal waste into strips or cuttings.
