The year 2025 is drawing to a close, and we look back with pride and gratitude.
Even though the economic conditions were challenging, together we achieved a great deal and demonstrated what makes us strong as a company: commitment, trust, and team spirit.
Strong connections and successful partnerships
An important focus this year was on our supplier relationships. We were able to further strengthen existing partnerships and establish new, valuable connections. This close collaboration forms the foundation for continuing to serve our customers with flexibility and reliability in the future.
Employee retention and anniversaries – a strong team
2025 was entirely dedicated to celebrating our employees’ anniversaries. This year, 12 Schüth employees celebrated their milestones with the company, totaling 270 years of combined service. This impressive figure highlights the strength of our employee retention and how much we value the people behind our company.
Investments in the future
Despite economic challenges, we have continued to invest in our Schotten site: new machines, modern technology, and additional staff ensure that we are well positioned for the future. These investments are a clear commitment to quality, stability, and ongoing development.
